VOLUNTEER


As you can imagine a race/walk takes a lot of people to make it successful. So we are looking for some great volunteers to help out with all sorts of different things.

We need help with the following tasks:

  • Packet pick up shift one - Friday, 4/18 time 1:30 pm-4 pm
  • Packet pick up shift two - Friday, 4/18 time 4 pm- 6:30 pm
  • Race day packet pickup - Saturday, 4/19 from 6 am - 8:30 am
  • Water station - Saturday, 4/19 from 7 am - 9 am
  • Course monitor - Saturday, 4/19 from 7 am - 9 am
  • Finish line - Saturday, 4/19 from 7:30 am – 9:30 am

  1. Where does the race start? Where does it end?
    The race begins and ends at Southcreek Office Park, Overland Park, KS
  2. Will there be food and drinks at the end?
    Yes, we will have food, water and Gatorade for all participants at the end of the race, together with an aid station on the course.
  3. Where does the course go?

  4. How far is the Lil’ Bunny Fun Run course?
    The Kids' Run will be run in multiple heats, depending on the number of registrants, ranging from approximately 100 yards to 400 yards, based on the age of the participants.
  5. What if it rains?
    We will run in the rain, but if it is unsafe to run/walk the race director reserves the right to cancel the race.
  6. Do I have to register online?
    No. You can download a registration form under the Race Info page and mail it in with a check.
  7. Can I exchange my shirt for a different size shirt?
    Shirts may be exchanged for a different size, if available, after the race.
  8. I registered but can't participate; can I still pick up my t-shirt?
    Yes. Please stop by and pick up your bib and t-shirt at packet pickup (dates and times are under the Events Page). Shirts and mugs will NOT be mailed.
  9. I won't be able to participate. Can I transfer my registration to next year or give it to a friend?
    No. We are sorry, but there are not refunds and we do not allow you to transfer your registration for next year or transfer registration to another person.
  10. I have a friend who would like to volunteer. Can he help?
